Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Shreeram LLC, we value transparency and client satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled for our digital marketing, website development, SEO, email marketing, and related services.
1. Service Agreement & Scope
All projects begin with a clear proposal, quote, or agreement outlining scope, timelines, deliverables, and payment terms. By making a payment, the client acknowledges acceptance of these terms.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Before Project Start: You may cancel any service within 48 hours of payment, provided work has not begun. A full refund will be issued.
- After Project Start: If cancellation is requested after work has commenced, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed and resources used. This is assessed case-by-case.
- Ongoing/Monthly Services (e.g., SEO, Ads, Email Marketing):
- You may cancel at any time with 7 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.
- No refund will be issued for the current billing period already in progress.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Client provides insufficient or delayed information.
- Project delays caused by client-side inaction.
- Services were fully rendered or substantially completed.
- Digital products, such as templates, strategies, or documents, once delivered.
- Third-party fees (e.g., domain registration, hosting, ad spend).
4. Refund Processing
If eligible, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
